Welcome to Vibely, the platform that connects brands with trusted influencers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Vibely.
By registering, accessing, or using Vibely, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Vibely is a digital platform that enables brands, businesses, and agencies to find and hire influencers for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
We facilitate the connection but do not directly manage or guarantee the outcomes of influencer campaigns.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vibely. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and lawful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Vibely charges a service fee for facilitating transactions and supporting the platform. This fee is non-refundable once services are initiated, except in special cases outlined in our Refund Policy.
Influencer collaborations should be clearly defined (deliverables, timelines, compensation).
All agreements made through the platform must be honored by both parties.
Vibely is not liable for non-performance but will assist in dispute resolution when requested.
Refunds are only issued after a thorough verification of what went wrong in a campaign. If approved, service fees will be deducted from the refund amount. See full policy at Refund Policy or email us at support@vibely.deeworld.live.
Influencers retain ownership of their content unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the brand. Brands may use content only as licensed or permitted under campaign terms.
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
Harass or exploit other users
Circumvent payment or platform processes
Upload harmful or illegal content
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
All platform content, branding, logos, and technology remain the property of Vibely or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate access to Vibely at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the integrity of the platform.
Vibely acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the performance, content, or behavior of users. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of Vibely constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa (or your applicable jurisdiction if stated). Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations or through arbitration where required.
