Refunds are considered only after a thorough verification process. This includes a detailed review of:
The agreement or expectations between the brand and influencer.
The nature and quality of the service provided.
Proof of any breach, failure, or miscommunication from either party.
Communication history and evidence provided by both sides.
Our team will conduct this review fairly and independently to ensure a just outcome for all parties involved.
If the claim is approved after verification:
The refund will be issued minus Vibely’s service fees, which cover platform usage, moderation, and transaction handling.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
False claims or lack of sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the refund request.
Vibely reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund-related matters.
